We want you to be more than satisfied with your experience with us. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return.
Return request must occur within 30 days of purchase. Returned order must be received by us within 60 days of the original order date.
Items not returnable
- Items that have been used and or are not in the original box or packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for the following categories: Health & Wellness products, some grooming Items, Food Items, De-wormers, Flea and Tick Topical Treatments, Special Orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), Discontinued Items, sale items and other select products.
- There may be a 10% re-stocking fee for a return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is an error in what we shipped you and or the product was damaged during transit. In some cases, returns on orders that received free shipping may have the original shipping charges deducted from the refund.
How to return an item
- Submit a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain your reason for the return request and attach a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions within 2-3 business days. We do not pay for or reimburse for return shipping charges.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns and Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.
If you do not receive your refund
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you have already checked with your Bank and or your Credit Card Company and you still have not received your refund, contact us at email@example.com.
